
At AML, we’re expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a meticulous, driven ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT to grow alongside us. This is an exciting and challenging role which offers the ideal candidate the opportunity to have hands on experience on the diverse portfolio of services which the company offers.
Duties Include
- Maintaining company accounts
- Managing crew payroll preparation
- Direct handling client accounts
- Client billing
- Creditor management
- Payments
- Bank and monthly reconciliations
- Preparing accounts for external financial audits and acting as a key point of contact for auditors
- Supporting the team with essential administrative duties
The Ideal Profile
We are looking for someone who is analytical by nature and a team player by heart.
Requirements
- Education: A Level in Accounting is required; preference will be given to those party ACCA qualified
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a professional accounting environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Shireburn is a major plus!
- Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English with strong interpersonal skills.
