We offer port agency and all types of husbandry services to ships offshore Malta as well as inshore services, to ships operating in local waters, outside port limits and all commercial and recreational ports of Malta.  From conveyance services that include crew changes, delivery of supplies, provisions and spares, bunker supplies, to maintenance and repair services, we can provide a vast array of professional launch services even at short notice.

Malta offers yacht owners and operators very attractive VAT and tax advantages  on the purchase of yachts, be it either for private use or commercial short term or long term chartering. Under Malta’s new Vat Guidelines issued in 2020 on the use and enjoyment provisions, the VAT suffered can be reduced substantially depending on the effective use and enjoyment of the yacht in EU territorial waters.

We offer vessel surveying, carried in and outside Malta,  for both private and commercial registered yachts.  All surveys are carried out by a Malta Flag Government appointed surveyor having extensive experience in the maritime industry.

An Owner’s selection of the most appropriate flag for his vessel is a decision that  requires the careful consideration of multiple operational, legal and technical criteria. The Malta Flag is a flag of confidence with a total gross registered tonnage of 86 million and is considered to operate under the highest technical and safety standards. Malta’s accession in the EU has made the Malta Flag more attractive to both operators and charterers since vessels flying the Malta flag are E.U. vessels.
