Due to our expanding business, AML is seeking to recruit an Accounts Officer, to work on a full time basis. This is an interesting role as the successful candidate shall be working on the diverse portfolio of services which the company offers. This role is ideal for any candidate who is seeking to have job flexibility, whilst still maintaining the possibility of future growth within the firm.
Duties Include
- Book keeping up to Trial Balance
- Crew Payrolls
- Client Billing
- Creditor Payments
- Bank and monthly reconciliations
- General Administrative duties
Education
- Minimum A Level in Accounting
- Minimum working experience of 2 years in an accounting environment
Skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Analytical and meticulous
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Work independently and on own initiative
- Team player
- Willing to learn
- Knowledge of Shireburn accounting software shall be considered an asset
